If you send our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and - only if you choose to share it - your preferred language.

We deliberately do not ask for medical details, diagnoses, or your child's information in these forms. Those belong in a private conversation.

For one purpose: to call or write you back. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists.
