From verifying your insurance to beginning therapy, our team guides your family through every step.

Call us & verify your insurance
Start with a quick call. Tell us a little about your child and send us your insurance information.
Our team will verify your ABA benefits and explain your coverage, eligibility, and next steps.

Meet with your BCBA
Once your benefits are verified, we'll schedule your child's ABA assessment with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your BCBA will get to know your child, learn about your family's priorities, and identify the skills and areas where support may be helpful.
From there, your BCBA develops an individualized treatment plan based on your child's needs.

Start ABA therapy
After the assessment and any required insurance authorization are completed, we'll coordinate your schedule and your child's ABA sessions can begin.
Your child works one-on-one with their therapy team while their BCBA supervises the program, reviews progress, and adjusts goals as your child grows.

What do I need to get started?

Which insurance do you accept?
We accept Medi-Cal and most major insurance plans. Not sure about your plan? We'll verify your benefits for free.
How soon can my child start?
Most families can begin ABA therapy within about a month.
We start by verifying your insurance, then schedule an assessment with a BCBA. Once the assessment and insurance authorization are completed, we schedule your child's therapy sessions.
Our goal is to get your child started as quickly as possible, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
